DELHI DAY IN DUBAI

Delhi Day in Dubai produced by the Delhi Government and conceptualised by SEHER was a 3-day festival at the Global village in Dubai. Conceived, designed and implemented by Seher, the festival was much appreciated by the Dubai audience.

Delhi Day in Dubai brought the holistic beauty of Indian culture to the people of Dubai. Day 1 witnessed the audience dancing to the performance by the renowned Punjabi singer Jasbir Jassi. The second day was all about Garba, the folk dance of Gujarat by Rana Bai & Group and a contemporary Kathak performance by Aditi Mangaldas Dance Company. The festival concluded on a high note with a rock concert by the fusion band Indian Ocean.

A perfect blend of Indian popular music, classical and dance and contemporary traditions, the event was a massive success with the Dubai audience.
